Golden State Wine Co is an importer, wholesaler and broker of premium limited-production wines throughout California. Founded in 1982 by Mike Miller, the company selects wines that meet strict criteria for quality and value. Since inception, Golden State’s portfolio has grown to exclusively represent over 100 premium brands from 11 different countries.

In 2008, Golden State was acquired by Bordeaux-based Europvin SAS, an exporter of world class wines to over 50 countries including every major wine market worldwide. Golden State and Europvin are both subsidiaries of the Caballero Group, the oldest and largest alcoholic beverage company in Spain. Together the companies have formed a new division, Europvin USA, which now imports wine into 28 states including every major wine market nationwide.
